Wedding have always been intriguing to me especially when it came to planning my own. When I was just a little girl around ten years old , I was always thinking about how I wanted my own wedding. I decided to draw on a piece of paper how I wanted everything for my wedding. For example how I wanted my dress, shoes, veil, husband tux , the colors for my wedding etc. you name it I thought of it. Whenever I went to Walmart with my mom I would sit in the magazine aisle and just absorb every bit of information from those wedding magazines I possibly could to be able to make the wedding of my dreams. My first wedding I was able to attend I was sooooo excited to be there. I looked at every detail of the wedding from the most obvious decorations down to the design on the flower girl's shoes. When I was asked to be in my friends wedding this summer , I actually saw and was apart of everything that had to be done for the wedding and I LOVED it!!!!!Movies about wedding are of course my favorites like The Wedding Planner, Bride Wars, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, 27 Dresses etc. After watching those movies and analyzing everything about them, I started realizing not only could I plan the wedding of my dreams, but help other people plan the wedding of there dreams! This past summer I had the opportunity to cater at weddings at a lodge! I went to so many amazing weddings and I just loved the atmosphere of it all. Who would of thought when I was ten years old fantasizing about how I wanted my wedding to be on a piece of paper, that I would be where I am now, in college with a major to become a wedding planner. Thank goodness for childhood dreams right?
Do you still have the drawings? That would be fun to look at now, I'd expect.
