Todays weather is so gloomy! This kinda weather always ruins everyone's day it seems like!
I figured since it was raining all day and everyone thinks rain is annoying and puts everyone in a not so happy mood, today would be a perfect time to talk about a superstition about if it rains on someones wedding day.

It comes from many cultures, mainly from Hindu with the idea that a wet knot it harder to untie, since marriage is often known as tying the knot. Rain was also a symbol of fertility to agricultural societies, since rain restored and maintained the wellness of crops.Crops were peoples main source to stability and income so it was thought to guarantee a long and happy marriage!
so you may not like the rain now, but you will if it rains on your wedding day =)
